Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition. A SAR 45 return fee is deducted from the refund for standard returns, and original shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable. Direct exchanges through the website are not available; return the eligible item and place a new order. To report a manufacturing defect or damage on delivery, contact us within 7 days.
