All shipments are subject to the policies and terms of service provided by our shipping and delivery partner. Toni Pons cannot be held liable for any claims or compensation related to the order once it has been confirmed and received by the customer, except in the following case:

  • Damaged or Defective Goods: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please submit a return request to our customer service through the approved communication channels. We will handle the necessary procedures for inspecting and processing the return or replacement of the item according to our return and exchange policy.

Important Notice: The store is not responsible for any orders if the customer does not respond within one week from the date of the order. The shipment should be tracked and received directly from the shipping company by the customer.

  • Shipping Companies: The approved shipping companies for deliveries within Saudi Arabia are Aramex and Egypost. The choice of shipping company may vary based on what the company deems appropriate.

Changing Delivery Address

  • Returned Shipments: If a shipment is returned to us due to an error on your part, such as an incorrect address, absence at the delivery location, incorrect contact number, or failure to respond to the delivery agent, the shipping cost will be deducted from the customer’s account.
