First, please note that we do not offer an exchange service on the website. However, you may return the order and receive a refund, then place a new order through the website.


Return Policy:

  • A return request can be submitted within 14 days from the date the order is received by the customer.

  • Products must be in their original condition and unused within 14 days from the date of receipt.
    (A return fee of SAR 40 applies and will be deducted from the refunded product amount.)

  • Products with a manufacturing defect may be returned within 7 days of receiving the product (free of charge).

  • The product must not have been used and must be in good condition.

  • If the customer wishes to return or replace a product for reasons unrelated to a defect, and the product was ordered by the customer, the customer will bear the shipping cost.

  • Toni Pons Store reserves the right to refuse any returned product that is damaged or not in its original condition.

  • Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

  • In case of order cancellation, the refund will be processed within 10 to 15 days via the original payment method.

If the customer wishes to return non-defective products received in their original condition, the customer will bear a SAR 40 return fee, which will be deducted from the refunded product amount.
If the returned product is defective and was received in a damaged condition, Toni Pons Store will bear all return costs.
