Delivery Policy:
We use specialized companies for delivering orders within and outside Riyadh. We offer one standard delivery method, which is delivery within 3-5 days across Saudi Arabia. Upon delivery, you will be asked to sign electronically or on a copy of the invoice, which serves as confirmation that you have received the products in full as listed on the invoice. If you are not present at the specified address, the order will be handed to anyone present at the address who will sign the invoice electronically or on a copy of the invoice. The signature of any person present at the address will be considered as confirmation of receipt of the items listed on the invoice. If delivery to the specified address is not possible, please contact customer service to reschedule delivery. The company is not responsible for any orders that are not delivered within 30 days from the order date. Please ensure you respond to calls to coordinate the delivery schedule. Note that our working days are Sunday to Thursday, and delivery is not available on Fridays or public holidays.
