When is an item eligible for return?
To accept a return, the item must be sent back in its original condition as received.
- Unused, with no signs of wear or damage.
- In its original box and packaging.
- With all labels and accessories received with it, if applicable.
- The return request was submitted within the period stated in this policy.
To keep your shoes in their original condition: We recommend trying them on indoors on a clean surface before deciding whether to keep them.

Refunds
Once the returned item is received, inspected and your request is approved, the amount due will be refunded to your original payment method. For standard returns, a SAR 45 return fee is deducted, and the original shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable.
