Delivery Policy:

We use specialized courier companies to deliver orders within and outside the city of Riyadh.
We offer one delivery method: standard delivery within 3–5 days inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Upon delivery, you will be required to sign electronically or sign a copy of the invoice. This signature serves as confirmation that you have received the products in full as stated on the invoice.
If you are not present at the specified address, the order will be handed to any person available at that address, and their signature on the electronic invoice or invoice copy will be considered confirmation that the customer has received the items listed on the invoice.
If the courier reaches the specified address and is unable to deliver the order, please contact customer service to schedule another delivery attempt. The company is not responsible for any order that is not delivered within 30 days from the order date.
Please ensure that you answer incoming calls so the delivery representative can coordinate the delivery time with you. Please note that official working days are from Sunday to Thursday, and delivery is not available on Fridays or official holidays.
